From first idea to physical prototype. Small experiments help us explore form, materials and function.
A sketch, material sample or first print makes an idea tangible. We compare options and carry what works into the next version.
From idea to buildable design.
CAD and 3D design for parts and products, with attention to fit, function and how each piece will be made.
We turn a sketch, dimensions or an existing part into a digital design. It becomes the starting point for a prototype and further refinement.
Small scale. Tangible results.
Desktop production for prototypes, individual parts and small batches. The approach follows the design and material.
3D printing is a foundation for making at small scale. For each project, we assess suitable processes, dimensions and finishes. Light CNC machining to follow.
From separate parts to a whole.
Assembly and post-processing, with checks on fit. Metal drill bushings, threaded inserts or bolts are built in where needed.
We tidy edges, fit parts together and check the assembly. The post-processing and checks are agreed for each project.

Documenting what we make and learn.
Everything our R&D produces, documented: project stories, specifications, data and images. From first test to next version, the making process stays visible.
Here we collect progress, design decisions and lessons from the workshop. The journal offers a view into ongoing projects and new developments.
Parametric CAD and 3D production, made to measure. Practical parts and mounting aids in the size, angle and finish you need, for hobby and DIY, furniture and kitchen fitting, carpentry and workshops.
Drilling and positioning jigs, spacers and fillers, adjusting wedges, brackets and holders, mounting plates, feet and risers, end caps and cable grommets, tool holders.
Material, wall thickness and construction are matched to the use. Metal drill bushings, threaded inserts or bolts are built in where needed.

The first functional prototype is now playing — and of course, we had to start with the subwoofer.
